The third edition of IBCF continued with the goal of bringing specialty coffee closer to consumers who are not yet familiar with it.
The event took place on October 11, 12, and 13, dedicating the first two days to connecting professionals working within the industry: roasters, importers, café owners, baristas, and all stakeholders involved in the specialty coffee value chain.
Finally, on Saturday the 13th, an open day was held for the general public, featuring a wide variety of workshops and talks focused not only on specialty coffee but also on other products that share similar processes and philosophy, such as natural wines or craft beers.
