On the occasion of Open Night 2016 organized by Poblenou Urban District, Espacio 88 and All Those presented Minimum, an event focused on the essence of the product that explored natural wines, whose production is governed by minimal intervention.
The evening featured the presentation and screening of the documentary Fermentación Espontánea by Clara Isamat, followed by a natural wine tasting. All this was accompanied by a natural wine bar, food by Caravan Made, an exhibition of the Anthophila project by Ainara Murillo and Nerea Hoyos, and music by BeMyDj.
