The imperfect beauty is an initiative by Elsa Yranzo and Marina Senabre that aims to generate a movement of people with common sensibilities, with the objective of giving visibility to a truth: it is estimated that one-third of food is wasted, mainly due to aesthetic criteria. Their intention is to raise awareness and rethink our consumption habits through various activities.
In this second edition, the skin was the narrator of the story and was presented in the format of an exhibition, publication, and dinner. With photographs by Ampi Aristu, a menu by Nerea Hoyos, and a small publication that all guests could take home.
