On the occasion of the Open Night 2016 organized by Poblenou Urban District, Espacio 88 and All Those presented Minimum, an event focused on the essence of the product, where we talked about natural wines, whose elaboration is ruled by the minimal intervention.

The evening included the presentation of the documentary Fermentación Espontánea by Clara Isamat, and continued with a tasting of a selection of natural wines. All this accompanied by a bar of natural wines, food from Caravan Made, a sample of the Anthophila project by Ainara Murillo and Nerea Hoyos and music by BeMyDj.
