To mark Open Night 2017 organized by Poblenou Urban District<\/a>, Espacio 88<\/a> and Goroka<\/a> presented The Minimum Sea<\/em>, an event focused on the essence of the product that explored the sea and how it leads to the search for the essential, based on the “less is more” philosophy.<\/p>\n\n

The evening featured the presentation of the audiovisual piece Nemo by <\/em>Goroka<\/a>, which showed D\u00eddac Costa<\/a>‘s solo voyage around the world in a sailboat, passing through the most remote place on the planet from any inhabited area: Point Nemo.<\/em> It continued with a debate on the “minimum” concept in different areas of life, joined by: Jordi Castel<\/a> and Jordi Veciana<\/a> as architect and designer from Castel Veciana Arquitectura<\/a>, Guille Cascante<\/a> as director of Goroka<\/a>, Javier Arg\u00fcello as the piece’s screenwriter, and D\u00eddac Costa<\/a> as a sailor, sharing their perspectives on the concept and reflecting on the paradox of being so far and so close at the same time.<\/p>\n\n

All this was accompanied by a natural beer bar from Garage Beer Co<\/a>, sea-inspired food by Bon Aprofit<\/a>, and a showcase of the Pere IV 29 project, a creative neighborhood community by Big Kids<\/a>. In collaboration with Lightsound<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n
